Villa Haven is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all HVAC systems across the resort, including the central chiller plants serving both the resort and clinic facilities. This role ensures reliable cooling operations, energy efficiency, and high system availability to support guest comfort and critical facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.

• Ensure continuous and efficient cooling across villas, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and the clinic.

• Lead preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.

• Supervise HVAC technicians and provide technical guidance and training.

• Monitor system performance and energy consumption to improve efficiency.

• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with engineering and operational procedures.

• Coordinate with the engineering team on system upgrades, maintenance planning, and operational improvements.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC operations, preferably including central chiller plant systems.

• Experience in luxury resorts, hospitals, or large commercial facilities is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of chilled water systems, HVAC controls, and plant equipment.

• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
