Job Description
Villa Nautica is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to support the resort’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that reflects the resort’s brand identity and enhances guest engagement across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, posters, menus, signage, advertisements, and in-room collaterals.
- Create engaging digital content for social media platforms, website updates, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Ensure all designs align with Villa Nautica brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with relevant divisions to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Prepare artworks for print production and coordinate with printers and external vendors when required.
- Edit, retouch, and optimize images to meet brand and quality standards.
- Support resort events, launches, and special activations with creative materials.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced resort environment.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and brand materials.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer; hospitality or resort experience is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of digital design formats and social media requirements.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and brand standards.
Additional Information
- Basic photography and photo editing skills.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
- Understanding of hospitality branding and guest-focused design.
