As a Loss Prevention Executive at Villa Haven, you will play a key supervisory role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and resort assets. You will lead a team of security officers, implement security measures, and enforce safety protocols to minimise risks and losses.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in loss prevention, security management, or a related field within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a team.
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in CPR, first aid, and relevant security training programs is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
