Job Description

As the Stewarding Supervisor - Team Restaurant at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for supervising the stewarding team to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment in our team restaurant. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation, supporting efficient operations and a positive dining experience for our team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Fluency in English.
