Job Description

The F&B and Events Coordinator at Villa Haven is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all F&B-related events and activities within the resort. This role acts as a liaison between guests, event organizers, and internal departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and successful event outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an F&B Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
