As the Engineering Coordinator at Villa Haven, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating maintenance activities within the Engineering Department and facilitating communication with other resort departments. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of maintenance tasks, fulfilling engineering requirements for various departments, and preparing regular reports to support operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in maintenance coordination and project management.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and building operations will be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
