You will assist in managing the wine cellar, conducting wine tastings, and ensuring the highest standards of wine service.

• Proven experience as a Wine Sommelier or Assistant Wine Sommelier in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, wine regions, grape varietals, and wine service techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification from a recognized sommelier program or equivalent training is preferred.
