The Watersports Manager will be responsible for overseeing all watersports activities at Villa Haven, including planning, organizing, and managing a variety of watersports programs. This role involves ensuring guest safety, maintaining equipment, and providing exceptional service. The Watersports Manager will work closely with other departments to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a watersports management role, preferably within a luxury resort or similar environment.
• Proven track record of excellence in watersports operations and guest service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and equipment maintenance.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid; additional certifications in watersports activities are a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
