The Loss Prevention Manager at Villa Haven will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize theft, fraud, and other losses while ensuring the safety and security of the resort's guests, employees, and assets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of security protocols, and the ability to manage and train a team of security personnel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Loss Prevention Manager or in a similar security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in security systems, surveillance technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
