As a Wellness Practitioner at Villa Haven, you will play a pivotal role in promoting holistic wellness through personalized consultations, therapeutic treatments, and lifestyle recommendations. This role requires expertise in wellness practices, a compassionate approach to guest care, and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our guests.

• Degree or certification in Wellness, Holistic Health, Naturopathy, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Wellness Practitioner, preferably in a luxury spa or wellness retreat setting.
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in holistic wellness practices, including therapeutic treatments and lifestyle interventions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to guest care and well-being.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with wellness software systems (preferred).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
