The Dive Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the Dive Centre at Villa Haven. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual with a strong background in dive operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Dive Centre Manager will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all diving activities, manage the dive team, and promote the Dive Centre's services.

• Certified Dive Instructor (PADI, SSI, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of professional diving experience.
• Proven experience in managing a dive centre or similar operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of dive equipment maintenance and repair.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
