The Sports & Recreation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sports and recreational activities at Villa Haven. This role requires a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong background in sports and recreation management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The Sports & Recreation Manager will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all activities, manage the team, and continuously enhance the resort's recreational offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports and recreation management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sports and recreation equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
