• Service assigned areas in efficient, hygiene systematic and safe manner.
• Collect, clear, sort any garbage within assigned area and maintaining such containers to be discharged.
• Deck / Jetty oiling.
• Working to maintenance schedule.
• Ensure safety and accuracy in carrying out the duties.
• Attend to briefing held by the Maintenance / Environmnet Manager

• Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
• Driving vehicles as per schedule or directions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the assigned vehicles.
• Ensure safety in driving and avoid over speeding in-order to prevent accidents.
• Under take any other tasks assigned by Manager/ department in-charge.
• Loyalty towards job and management
• Shall respect and abide by the rules and regulation of Sun Island at all times.
