Are you passionate about fostering professional growth and enhancing the skills of hospitality personnel? Do you possess a knack for designing and implementing effective learning and development programs? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join our team!

As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Talent & Culture, in the design, coordination, and execution of comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, facilitate engaging learning sessions, and support employee growth throughout their career journey.

What you will be doing:

Develop and implement training strategies and programs for all levels of Team members within the property.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design customized learning solutions.
  • Creation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Support employees with continuous development plans and career progression.
  • Maintain and update training records, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new training techniques.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with hospitality industry standards and regulations.
