• Oversees and participates a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, in general or specified areas.
•  Oversees and participates, routine cleaning activities including the beach, front side of the guest rooms, walkway side of the guest rooms, roofs, gutters and other designated areas.
• Oversees and participates in the monitoring, collection and disposal of different types of waste.
• Oversees and participates, clearing stopped up drainages and related facilities.
• Oversees and participates, clearing all the grease traps on daily basis.
• Oversees and participates in the moving furniture, Transporting supplies, equipment’s and materials.
• Oversees and participate in the cleaning of coconut trees and collecting of coconuts and young coconuts for the required departments.
• Performs environmental monitoring and sampling.
• Inspects jobs for use of proper procedures and timely completion.
• Visually inspects the coconut tree on daily basis.
• Inspects and cleans roofs and gutters for collecting rainwater.
• Must pay special attention, while digging the ground and ensure that all the pipes and cable are safe.
• Conducts safety instructions for employees on daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining work area in a clean, orderly and safe condition.
•  Performs assembling and disassembling the stages and scaffolds.
• Responsible for taking and maintaining inventories in proper conditions.
• Trains and supervises safe and hygienic work practices.
•  Keeps simple records and makes reports on work done.

• Minimum GCE O' Level completed.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the field is desired.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the operation.
• Must possess excellent problem solving & time management skills. 
• Detailed-oriented mindset aiming for consistent results.
