We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tennis Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Tennis Instructor in providing high-quality tennis lessons to our guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment on the court.

Tennis Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting Guests in developing and improving various tennis skills.
• Assessing Guests tennis skills to determine areas in need of improvement.
• Coordinating and conducting individual and group tennis lessons.
• Developing suitable training programs for Guest based on their age, objectives, and individual skillsets.
• Developing innovative ways to assist beginner or younger Guest in learning and remembering the rules of the game.
• Identifying the learning styles that work best for each Guest and adapting all coaching methods accordingly..

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Must be able to play tennis at an intermediate level or higher.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of tennis rules, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
