Oversee plant operations, work with the shift team, and monitor team performance. Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery (e.g., PET Blower, Filling machine) Quality Inspections of the raw materials and final product. Keep records of production, results, and downtime.

1. Setting up machines and beginning the bottling process
2. Ensuring equipment is in good condition
3. Solving any issues with the production line
4. Reporting machinery issues to a supervisor
5. Maintaining a clean workspace
6. Ensuring that bottles are correctly filled and labelled
7. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions;
8. Ability to work without direct supervision;
9. Ability to attend and understand technical courses;
10. Ability to assume responsibility for complete operation of treatment plants;
11. Ability to detect problems in equipment operations.
12. Ability to make sound, independent, decisions requiring treatment plant operations.

Education

Minimum: GCE O’ Level

Experience

Minimum: 1 year’ experience in the field is desired
