• To assist Souvenir Shop Supervisor and maintain the high standards of quality service to guests and to assist to promote and sell the provided merchandise to maximize profits.
• To be knowledgeable of Souvenir shop merchandise together with prices and to have the ability to recommend and upsell these items to guests.
• To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service to guests at all times, and to offer information when required on other Resort facilities, outlets, entertainment and special promotions.
• To participate in making suggestions about merchandising materials, displays, and to confidently promote the Resort Souvenir shop to attract a guests.
• To offer suggestions about how to effectively utilize the store format and space allocation to maximize profitability.

Education: Grade 10 Level or higher or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities / Computer Knowlegde 

Experience: A minimum of one year in Retail Sales and or similar operationsis an advantage
