In this role, the Resort Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for key operational departments, ensuring excellence in operation and service. 

• Prior experience in Senior Management roles such as a Resident Manager, EAM or Resort Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree, higher education or a qualification equivalent in Hotel Administration/Business Administration. 
• Experience in luxury brands with knowledge of operating in remote locations and challenging environments/destinations would be an advantage. 
• Utmost role model in leadership, team management and the mindset of leading team members from different backgrounds.
