make sure that needed staff is available on time with required  skill set.
Besides that all administrative/organisational task in HR are fullfilled smooth and legally compliant.
You will be responsible for:
recuiting incl. new recruiting channels for own projects and support in general projects
time management system (implementation/monitoring and support)
contract creation using office tools
organization of on- and off-boarding process 
organization/administration of  various recurrent personal processes e.g. evaluation, development etc.
Support to Head of People in creating/implementing rules and policies

Sound education in HR e.g. payrollspecialist, HR management, work law specialist combined with min. 5 years experience in generalist funtion and recruiting of technical positions.
