Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY and building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets,

- Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis (CCA)

- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management.

- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets, identify trends, and recommend strategies.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance, with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.

- Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools, including Excel, Argus, CoStar, and Bloomberg.
