Job Description

As a member of the Procure to Pay team:

If you join the PTP team you will be responsible for and/or assisting with all disbursement activities for Europe and Asia.  This role is based in Global Business Services located in Budapest, Hungary.

  • Manage the work volume and assignment of tasks to team members,
  • Oversee the wire and bank transfer payment proposals all Europe,
  • Entering manual payments in Citibank, DB and IT2,
  • Ensure critical payments are issued,
  • Ensure Payment reconciliations (SAP to bank) are being completed on a weekly basis,
  • Monitoring of rejected payments,
  • Handle escalated items for disbursements,
  • Works closely with Treasury team on cash flow,
  • Lead process improvement initiatives,
  • Responsible for training of team members


  • Fluent English language knowledge (both spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of experience in multi-location company is preferred
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel, Word
  • Experience in SAP is highly preferred
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting
