  • Lead the charge in defining and executing a daring marketing strategy that aligns with both local ambitions and global group directives.
  • Craft and steer the marketing roadmap, ensuring our product portfolio and communication strategies don’t just follow trends—they set them.
  • Partner with the Commercial Manager and Demand Planner to forecast sales with precision and manage stock like a pro.
  • Veterinary Vanguard
  • Empower our sales team with cutting-edge training that transforms them into technical experts and brand ambassadors.
  • Oversee our Veterinary Advisors, ensuring they deliver rapid-fire responses to technical inquiries with flair and accuracy.

Budget Boss

  • Own the marketing budget like a boss, making every euro count while aligning spending with strategic goals.
  • Keep a sharp eye on marketing expenditures, ensuring compliance with group policies and squeezing maximum value out of every investment.

Market Disruptor

  • Analyse the market with a visionary eye, identifying opportunities to outmaneuver the competition and uncover untapped potential.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of our marketing campaigns, constantly tweaking to stay ahead of the curve.

People Champion

  • Lead, mentor and inspire the Marketing and Technical Department, cultivating a high-performing team that thrives on creativity and innovation.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Multichannel Maestro

  • Architect a multichannel strategy that disrupts the status quo, reaching vets, retailers and pharma channels with targeted, impactful marketing.
  • Supercharge our Key Account business with full-spectrum marketing support that drives growth and deepens relationships.

Reporting Rock Star

  • Deliver insightful reports that not only track performance but tell a compelling story of our marketing triumphs and challenges.
  • Provide the Managing Director, Group Director and Sales Department with necessary information to make strategic decisions.

Sales & Profitability Powerhouse

  • Crush sales targets and optimise gross margins by smartly managing promotional activities, rebates and product offers.
  • Take full ownership of the market performance across the affiliates, driving results that make a real impact on the bottom line.

Who you are:

  • You’ve got the know-how - marketing qualifications or equivalent experience of at least 5 years (bonus points if you have an understanding of the animal health industry).
  • With 5+ years in a managerial position, you’re a natural at leading high-performing teams.
  • You don’t just think outside the box—you reinvent it. You turn challenges into opportunities.
  • You excel in crafting strategic plans and manage budgets to fuel business growth and maximise impact.
  • Data is your playground. You know how to dissect it and how to interpret it.
  • You love creating bold, impactful marketing materials and campaigns that set trends, not follow them.
  • You master the art of persuasive communication while motivating your team or pitching to stakeholders.
  • You are a responsible, team-oriented and dynamic leader with an open mind, who drives change with brave initiatives and a relentless commitment to achieving goals.
  • Your commitment to excellence shines through in everything you do, always meeting your deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) is second nature to you.
  • You are based in Belgium (Niel, Antwerp) and willing to travel nationally and internationally, with the flexibility to work outside regular business hours when the mission demands it.
