Job Description
Here’s how you might fit into the mission:
Lead all recruitment activities for positions across all departments (tech and non-technical)
Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to build out effective sourcing, engagement, and closing strategies.
Manage our full-cycle recruitment processes to help achieve company strategic plans, shape and define company culture and positively contribute to our external reputation.
Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market outreach leveraging best-in-class recruiting and talent management apps/platforms.

Qualifications
Here’s what we’re expecting to see, but aren’t limited by:
5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
2+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter
Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing
Experience using LinkedIn and other leading recruitment tools, to adopt tech as a comparative advantage.
Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness, and online/social media
Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
Track record of working in fast-paced environments
Additional Information
