Job Description

Here’s how you might fit into the mission:

  • Guide, mentor, and develop a growth team across multiple disciplines of marketing.

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations teams to build a differentiated customer experience from discovery, to app install, to onboarding, engagement, referral, and beyond.

  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive funnel conversion and add new connection points, while strengthening effective channels.

  • Manage budgets and forecasting across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, SEO, Referrals, and more.

  • Work closely with Credit Risk teams to create customer lifetime value models and risk models to acquire high quality customers.

Qualifications

Here’s what we’re expecting to see, but aren’t limited by:

  • 6+ years of years of related performance or growth marketing experience.

  • Deep familiarity with CPC, CPM, CPA, and LTV marketing.

  • Experience in leading teams and collaborating with executives.

  • Experience in managing large consumer apps (fintech or digital banking, a big plus).
