While our current focus is on the send side of things, with a P2P payments app that’s faster, simpler, and more streamlined than Canada’s current e-transfer players, the longer term vision stretches far beyond the P2P space. • Drive a consistent and high-quality user experience by implementing your design vision across all our digital properties.

• Bridge UI, UX, and graphic design as the go-to creator for both app/product and marketing design.

• Be a strong voice at the table, driving a culture of effective design thinking.

• Collaborate with leadership, OpsDev, designers, copywriters, marketers, data analysts, and all related stakeholders, to nurture design operations that align business objectives, tech systems, tools, and user experience.

Here’s what we’re expecting to see, but aren’t limited by:

• A strong and methodical approach to design, demonstrated through a portfolio of your past projects.

• Fluency in the principles of information architecture, systems thinking, UX research and design.

• Experience working across product, design, and marketing teams (or wearing multiple hats in a previous startup role), for exposure to a multiplicity of design projects.
