6 months with chance for extension (high probability)

Pay is $20/hr on W2 – not negotiable

MUST HAVE PRIOR EMAIL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE AND BS DEGREE.

•1-7 years work experience in email customer support/email customer service

•Must have experience with any CRM ticketing system (Salesforce, ZenDesk, Remedy, etc)

• Detail oriented with a high quality output

• Proficient in desktop applications and able to quickly learn proprietary software

• Strong writing skills, including complete command of English grammar and mechanics

• Able to effectively multi-task and remain cool under pressure

• Investigative mindset eager to solve problems

• Self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills

• Dedicated to ensuring community members receive a superior product experience

• Demonstrate leadership through proactively providing operational feedback to deliver efficiency gains

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environment; able to adapt to change quickly

• Effectively share knowledge and learning with team

• Previous unconventional customer service experience a plus

 Schedule:

1. 3 shifts available, but they should be flexible - 6am-2pm CST, 12pm-8pm CST, 6pm-2am (6pm shift is work from home).

Any weekend work is work from home.
