Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer projections along with entering and following up in project management tools
- Coordinating activities with another functions including sampling for clients and consumer tests.
- Manage all commercial data (MDM request, CMIRs, price and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and product submissions)
- Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions
- Handle daily administrative requests from the clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction
- File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
- Prepare analytics and reporting when needed by the account team.
- Help account managers with demand planning, budget, etc.
- Manage the team’s calendars, expenses, and travel when needed.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred).
- Commercial assistant / administrative experience
- Strong Microsoft skills
