Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer projections along with entering and following up in project management tools
  • Coordinating activities with another functions including sampling for clients and consumer tests.
  • Manage all commercial data (MDM request, CMIRs, price and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and product submissions)
  • Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions
  • Handle daily administrative requests from the clients.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction
  • File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Prepare analytics and reporting when needed by the account team.
  • Help account managers with demand planning, budget, etc.
  • Manage the team’s calendars, expenses, and travel when needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred).
  • Commercial assistant / administrative experience
  • Strong Microsoft skills
