Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team in India. This role will support the recruitment activities of the UK Talent Acquisition team, helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Version 1. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in IT recruitment in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Candidate Recruitment and Role Fulfilment: Understand current role requirements and attract suitable candidates.
- Identify and engage passive candidates who are a good fit for Version 1.
- Manage inbound candidates
- Manage an excellent candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Report weekly recruitment metrics to line manager (Head of Recruitment India) as well as Talent Business Partners in the UK.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Attraction: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing to develop and build the Version 1 employer brand.
- Create and implement candidate attraction strategies tailored to different business areas.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 Years proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from CV to onboarding.
- Ability to create job specifications with stakeholders.
- Should have worked for UK geography IT Hiring.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Web 2.0, and social networks to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Experience conducting first-round interviews and telephone screening.
- Strong ability to manage candidate journeys from start to conclusion.
- Excellent team player with the ability to engage productively with peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities effectively.
- Openness to other views and a collaborative approach.
