Job Description
Here at Version 1, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labour (OTL) and Absence Management to join a high-impact transformation programme.
As this is a hands-on, client-facing role, you will lead design, configuration, and delivery while guiding clients on best practices and ensuring successful adoption of Oracle HCM solutions.
In addition, you will:
- Lead client workshops (process, design, configuration, test & validation)
- Advise clients on best practices for adopting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Own and deliver system configuration aligned to business requirements
- Conduct design playback sessions, demonstrating solution capabilities
- Produce clear functional documentation, workbooks, and design artefacts
- Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
- Drive training and coaching for both client users and internal teams
- Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle
Qualifications
You will have expertise within:
- Oracle Cloud HCM – Absence & Time and Labour (OTL)
- Proven experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Fast Formula configuration
- Experience implementing:
- Onboarding journeys and approval workflows
- Strong capability in running workshops and leading solution design
- Experience creating high-quality functional documentation
- Ability to design and deliver user training (key users & end users)
