What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading US payroll-focused design workshops and discovery sessions
- Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, including Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and payroll process flows
- Partnering with clients to solve complex payroll, compliance, and reporting challenges
- Supporting pre-sales efforts with demos, solution design, and proposal input
- Developing OTBI reports and payroll analytics to support decision-making
- Acting as a trusted escalation point and mentor to junior consultants
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
You will have:
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll
- Strong configuration expertise across Fast Formula, elements, calculation cards, and process flows
- Experience leading client workshops and documenting functional designs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench
- OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, bids, or client demonstrations
