Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled developer with expertise in Agentic AI development and VIBE coding to build next-generation applications leveraging AI-assisted platforms and cloud services. The ideal candidate combines strong programming skills with advanced prompt engineering techniques and experience in modern AI/ML workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and testing teams, acting as the Technical Lead.
- Own the technical design and architecture of the application.
- Develop applications using VIBE coding on platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, or Amazon Q (expertise in at least one platform required).
- Design and optimize prompt engineering meta templates for AI-assisted development.
- Apply advanced prompting techniques (context layering, instruction files, rule sets) on at least one VIBE platform.
- Build robust solutions using Python and preferably Java backend development.
- Architect and deploy applications on AWS or Azure, leveraging standard cloud services.
- Integrate cloud AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI) into application workflows.
- Implement NLP, ML, and ML Ops concepts for scalable AI/ML pipelines.
- Develop RAG systems using Python stack (LlamaIndex, Llamahub, vector databases, OpenAI/Claude API integration).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in software development and minimum 3 yrs in a lead role.
- VIBE coding and Agentic AI development.
- Expertise in at least one platform: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q.
- Prompt engineering and meta template design.
- Advanced prompting techniques: context layering, instruction files, rule sets.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Good understanding of Java backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Desired Skills
- Full-stack development using Python and Java.
- AWS or Azure cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock or Azure AI services.
- Knowledge of Cloud AI integration, Cloud architecture, and Cloud DevOps.
