The Opportunity
Version 1 is looking dedicated Marketing Operations Administrator to manage and optimise marketing processes whilst supporting on a variety of tasks, overseeing reporting, aiming to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities by leveraging data-driven insights and aligning with sales goals.
In this role you will:
- Active support in maintaining collateral and content libraries.
- Assist with projects to ensure smooth execution, including event, merchandise and collateral support.
- Support with financial and budget administration of campaigns and events.
- Compile and consolidate marketing performance data and reports to identify trends, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify areas for improvement in marketing workflows and develop streamlined processes to optimise campaign execution.
Qualifications
Experience / Background
- 2-3+ years of relevant work experience, primarily in B2B IT Services marketing role.
- Substantial understanding of the IT market, market trends, key players, and industries
- Budget & project management skills
- Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of coordinating work across teams
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution
- Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available
