Job Description

The role will offer the successful candidate broad exposure and experience across a variety of HR streams.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to provide HR administrative support within a fast-paced, results-orientated organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for incoming HR queries, the candidate will triage queries to the HR team and will also deal with incoming queries directly.
  • Provide administrative support for all HR programmes, process improvements & HR Systems across all HR streams, including Payroll, Onboarding, Offboarding and other HR Tasks.
  • Maintain and update HR System data as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data and GDPR compliance.
  • Provide effective general HR administration including generation of reports, filling, and issuing of employee letters and reference requests.
  • Support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Processing background checks and clearances for new joiners and current employees/contractors, also, maintaining communication with the relevant key stakeholders.
  • Conducting right-to-work checks for new joiners and current employees.

Qualifications

Skills/Competency

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational skills.
  • 4-5 years of experience working within HR administration
  • Provide administrative support for all HR programmes, process improvements & HR Systems across all HR streams, including Payroll, Onboarding, Background verification checks, Offboarding and other HR Tasks.
  • Attention to detail including identifying and solutioning issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent using Excel.
  • Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service excellence while managing high volume workload.
