REMOTE BASED – CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN IRELAND

Oracle ERP Project Manager - Remote
Job Description
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing medium to large ERP projects mainly in the Oracle space, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will have expertise within:
Customer Delivery:
- Oracle EPM Cloud domain and delivery of transformational changes.
- Defining and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders both internal and client.
- Creating and developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress against these plans.
- Managing project risks, issues, and changes, and develop contingency plans as required.
- Ensuring that project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Leading project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders and project team members.
- Commercial
- working with commercials and sales team on bids/proposals and taking ownership of the delivery aspect of bids.
- Creating compelling and high-impact proposals that the team will eventually deliver.
- Creating SOWs/contracts and other commercial documents and understand the dynamics of FP/T&M and other commercial models.
People Leadership
- Leading project team members and ensure that they have the resources and support they need to deliver their tasks.
- People management, who is responsible for the team of cross functional skills and ability.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal team members, external vendors, and clients.
Qualifications
You will have customer-facing expertise in the following areas:
- Leading and overseeing ERP implementation projects (ideally Oracle), with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- In-depth project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue management, and change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external (clients).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members to deliver their best work.
- Expertise within on-premise and cloud (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS etc) model.
- Leading onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- PMP or other relevant industry recognised certification is a plus.
