Job Description

We require a Senior Oracle HCM (Core HR) Cloud Consultant and Team Lead to join our expanding Oracle Cloud Consulting Practice. The Consultant must have the ability to design and configure HCM solutions, offer expertise and guidance to our clients on best practice to ensure successful delivery of the solution.  As a Team Lead the Consultant should have experience of coaching, training and performance managing other team members.  Other key aspects of the role include:

  • Assist in pre-sales activities
  • Offer expert advice regarding Cloud processes, procedures, configuration options and roadmaps.
  • Design, build and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR) implementations to meet business process and application requirements
  • Conduct workshops to advise clients on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
  • Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design (including process maps and configuration workbooks
  • Support/deliver knowledge transfer sessions to Clients
  • Work with and support peers on Cloud Practice development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Should have completed at least two full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR) At least experience of 2 full implementation life cycles.
  • 3-5 Years of expereince.
  • Experience in running workshops (including process walkthroughs, design sessions, knowledge transfer, and test-related sessions)
  • Have a collaborative, dynamic, and flexible attitude, with the ability to support and coach other members of the team
  • Have experience in Performance managing and supporting the development of other team members
  • Ability to work effectively with end-users remotely
  • Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
  • Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud Community

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Wider experience in HR processes from a business context
  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules including Helpdesk, Payroll, Talent Management, Learn and Recruiting modules
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications would be an advantage
