An exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Applications developer. The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering across a range of .NET technologies across enterprise-level projects/programs.

We are looking for a motivated, driven person with a strong fit to our core values and with the ability to apply their technical knowledge and experience to our client’s program of work and teams. The role involves the development and implementation of a green field .Net web application. You will be working in a Scrum Team of cross-functional skills in tight collaboration practising Agile. You will be contributing to real decisions about technology to create maintainable solutions for our customer and participating in a highly collaborative group of software engineering professional’s.

You will develop software to meet our client's user needs using C#/.Net on the AWS Cloud, follow best practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines. In addition to C# you will contribute to the front-end development within the project. You will be creating best in class documentation with our client users in mind.

• Strong software engineering background covering SOLID principles with .Net and C# development experience 
• Senior Developer experience or the experience to move into a senior role
• Experience developing REST-based APIs 
• Experience with AWS Cloud
• Experience in CI/CD automation
• Front end development experience with strong TypeScript / JavaScript front-end back-end development experience 
• Experience with Cloud-based technologies preferably AWS
• Ability to work with and be customer-facing 
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests
• Experience with single page application frameworks 
• Experience of working in a Scrum Team and an Agile environment 
• Experience in UI development 
• Experience in working with container technologies 

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS Lambda and Python
• Investments experience would be an advantage
