Oracle Cloud ERP Programme Manager – Remote

Job Description

You will be successfully managing the delivery of Version 1’s Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects, working with the customer to confirm scope and goals, objectives and business justification and secure resources (people and budget).

In addition:

• You will be a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them along the transformation journey and helping them navigate the challenges and risks that are part of all transformative projects.
• You will be a senior leader on our projects and will be expected to influence and guide the Version 1 team, ensuring that we have the right resources working on the right tasks at the right time.
• You will be able to clearly articulate and guard the project scope and understand the right moments to challenge, accept or embrace changes to it.
• You will be able to construct well thought out, achievable project plans underpinned by Version 1’s MAXIMISE project methodology, ensuring that internal teams have clarity on their responsibilities, tasks and deliverables.
• You will define and run the programme’s governance activities, ensuring we present a clear and accurate view of the project status to the sponsor and other stakeholders.
• You will lead the engagement with senior client stakeholders, by articulating the status, issues, risks and future roadmap for their business and how Version 1 will deliver business value using their Oracle applications and technology.
• You will clearly understand the dependencies on, and responsibilities of, external parties such as clients or 3rd party software providers, developing a plan to manage and report on them.
• You will be able motivate both internal and client terms to work at pace, overcome obstacles and meet challenging deadlines.
• You will instil a positive, “can do” culture in teams, who bring energy and drive to complete challenging tasks, perform with excellence.
• You will play a key role on our most complex programmes, leading multiple workstreams and be a key player in delivering our client’s business outcomes.
• You will manage programme's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.

You will have experience of:

• Leading, overseeing, and driving forward Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite projects within ERP/HCM.
• An in-depth background within programme/project management methods including MSP and PRINCE2
• Fixed price/budget, commercial and customer experience 
• Governance (Gate Control, Status Reporting) 
• Scope management expertise 
• Stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills (written/verbal) across all levels.
