Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Angular Developer who is focused on delivering high-quality software to tight deadlines. Working in the reinsurance field, closely with the actuarial team, you will be delivering bespoke solutions in a complex problem space. You should be comfortable working in a delivery-focused environment. If you are an excellent communicator and self-motivated individual, this is a great opportunity for you to build outstanding software.

What we expect:

We expect you to play a significant role in the team, being actively involved in every step of the software development process. You will be working closely with the product owner, and actuarial and testing teams to understand the requirements and build software solutions. Any input into improving the software architecture and the use of design patterns will be appreciated. The role is focused primarily on the full stack development using Angular, C# and SQL, however, you will be exposed to all aspects of the software development lifecycle and we expect you to be familiar with them.

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Angular (7+) with TypeScript (or similar modern UI framework)
  • HTML 5, CSS 3, SASS
  • Full stack C# Web development; .Net Core and / or .Net Frame 4.5 onwards
  • Web API 2
  • SQL, ideally Microsoft SQL Server 2017 (T-SQL, stored procedures)
  • SOLID Principles
  • Git with GitFlow, Microsoft Visual Studio 2017
