Job Description

  • Assist and learn from a senior SharePoint consultant
  • Develop PowerShell scripts
  • Create and Configure SharePoint sites
  • Create and maintain planning, implementation document to keep the client updated as the workstream progresses.
  • Create support/handover document, post successful delivery of the workstream.

Qualifications

  • MUST have PowerShell scripts development.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint Online technical architecture.

Would be good to have, but not required:

  • M365 migration experience
  • Understanding of on-premises network file shares technical architecture.
  • Experience in evaluating the existing content stored on-premises to generate pre-migration analysis reports.
  • Setup & configure SharePoint Online/OneDrive for content migration within M365.
  • Administration and implementation aspects of M365, specifically related to SharePoint
  • Online/OneDrive permissions and access policies.
  • Experience in creating post migrations analysis reports for customer validation.
  • Experience in implementing migration approaches as per design plans with minimal end-user impact throughout the delivery of workstream.
  • Understanding of SharePoint Online Workflows.
  • Experience with Power Automate Workflows.
  • Experience working directly with customers and end users.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organisational and task prioritization capabilities.
