Job Description

 

  • Owning the end-to-end product roadmap
  • Analysis of market needs and competitive landscape to prioritise backlog.
  • Leading the creation of innovative solutions to address market problems.
  • Working with development teams to managing scope within commercial constraints, such as budget restrictions or deadlines.
  • Identifying and measuring the success criteria for each delivered feature.
  • Running beta and early adopter programs with customers/development partners.
  • Responsible for ensuring that requirements-gathering, refinement, and prioritisation processes are effective.
  • Promoting good product management practices, across one or more agile teams.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on, analysing, building, marketing, and launching software products.
  • Experience devising goal-oriented roadmaps, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and breaking down goals into small pieces of value-delivering work
  • Experience implementing appropriate tools/standards/techniques for business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders, negotiating conflicting viewpoints and achieving buy-in for new initiatives.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience in revenue or sales-generating activity.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of relevant technologies and architecture concepts.
