In this role, you will lead and contribute to the design of IT applications. You will lead and contribute to the production of logical and physical database designs as part of the development of database applications. 

You will design object oriented code for web-based systems, contribute to the design of service oriented architecture and applications, and use database technology to support and enable the development lifecycle.

You must have 5+ years of relevant IT experience in the last 7 years:

• ESRI server – ArcGIS server 10.4 or later
• ESRI server – ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.x
• ESRI server – ArcGIS portal
• ESRI desktop tools – ArcGIS 10.4 or later
• Object oriented C# .NET Framework, version 2.0 or later
• Geocortex – Geocortex essentials 4.6.2 and Geocortex viewer 2.7 or later
• Oracle 12c
• MS Visual Studio 2010 or later
• HTML/HTML5
• Javascript
• CSS
• Web Forms
