Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Application support – Provide 1st line application support for a range of financial applications.
  • Request and Incident Management – Triage incoming requests and assign to relevant Support Level.
  • Ensure that all requests and incidents are responded within the time specified by the Service Level agreements.
  • Contribute to Daily team huddles.
  • Communicate updates to end users
  • Running daily reports

 

Qualifications

  • Third level qualification
  • 2 years experience is desirable
  • Excellent process methodology and be process driven
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive when faced with a challenge 
  • Strong customer focus / stakeholder management 
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams 
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain high levels of organization.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
