Java has been a key technology throughout our company history, and our Java Practice has been responsible for delivering some of the largest enterprise to enterprise systems as well as business-critical solutions to a number of sectors across a wide range of platforms, operating systems, open-source components and databases. 

You’ll have the opportunity to diagnose bugs and provide solutions across multiple Java Applications encompassing different frameworks in a fast paced environment. Currently we support around eight (8) Java Applications with more applications on the horizon and we are actively working on a number of new development projects. You will join an expanding team of Java developers (eight) supporting our clients technology needs. We have over 20 technical resources in all with the composition primarily Java and Oracle ERP consultants. This ensures our team have the capability to promote a supportive culture through learning and upskilling with all members of the team contributing positively to the successful onboarding of every new team joiner

Good competence across Java, approx 3 years of Java experience. You need to have worked in a disciplined development environment. Emphasis is on communication skills and teamwork. We encourage interest from young enthusiastic developers with an interest in a fast track career in a high-energy environment where there is good exposure to modern technologies.

• Java JEE 
• Version Control Systems (CVS, SVN, GIT) Application Servers like Tomcat, WebLogic or JBoss 
• Databases: Relational (e.g. Oracle nice but not essential ) 
• Front-End development using HTML5, JavaScript and JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. AngularJS) 
• Experience of working within an Agile environment is desirable.
