Due to continued success and growth, we are expanding our delivery team and are now looking for a Scrum Master. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be responsible for continuously improving our Agile processes in the delivery and development team and the wider organisation. You will work closely with teams using Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, DevOps and other advanced technical backgrounds providing them with leadership and direction, ensuring readiness of all aspects of software releases in line with the SDLC process and against our internal standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure teams are following the values and best practices of Scrum
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure sprint and release goals are achieved
• Through regular sprint planning, release planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and scrum of scrums create high performing development teams
• Take responsibility for issue and risk management for your projects, solving problems and working to remove impediments to both the team and the overall release
• Continuously improve our ways of working in line with the Agile delivery methodology

• 5-10 years’ experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment 
• Expert in agile development and project delivery practices
• Scrum and/or project management industry qualifications are an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientated creating project documentation, delivery processes and outputs and seek continuous improvement of these
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with varying audiences (technical, business resources, all levels of management and external stakeholders)
• Ability to build strong working relationships with both stakeholders and clients
• A leader and motivator in Agile and Scrum
