Company Description

Creating a great place to work is not just another company initiative for us – it is embedded in everything we do. Gallop states that world class engagement is a measure of 64%. We consistently score well above that with an average of 80%. Top class employee engagement doesn’t cover all that makes us a great place to work, but it is a great starting point.

We believe in continuously improving to make a real difference to the careers and work environment of our people. Being a Great Place to Work involves listening to our people and ensuring they are Trusted and feel Empowered. We are a straight talking, open and transparent workplace where fairness is a given. We have open-door management, and balanced policies. Constructive feedback is encouraged and welcomed at all levels.

If this sounds like a place you could see yourself contributing to – then we would love to hear from you.
