Job Description

Purpose of the Role

This role exists because we want someone who understands ERP and/or HCM (ideally Oracle EBS or SaaS but an understanding of other ERP/HCM technologies is also very relevant) and can put together solutions, propositions and / or estimations for our Business Support / Commercial Teams. You will be providing input into implementation and managed support services, as well as complementary service offerings. You will put together solutions with support from the wider project management and Solution Architecture teams, working collaboratively.

Culture of existing Team

You will work in business support as part of our commercial teams. You will work both independently and together with a network of support people. We have a range of different personalities and interests, but the team get on well together, despite being spread across the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland. We are successful within the business (market leader in Oracle ERP/HCM Applications across all industry verticals, on-premise and Software as a Service in the Cloud). However, we are still growing so we are not bound by lots of processes that make it harder to achieve our targets. We try and meet up as a whole group with quarterly socials as a minimum.

Qualifications

This role is suited to you if you:

  •  Understand ERP and/or HCM (ideally Oracle EBS or SaaS but an understanding of other ERP/HCM technologies is also very relevant)
  • Have been working as an ERP/HCM Consultant (e.g. with Oracle, SAP, Workday, Unit 4, etc)
  • Have been working as a solution architect
  • Have been working on the technical side and want to gain experience working with business support / commercial teams to progress your career
  • Want to be a part of deciding what projects we should work on

We want someone who:

  •  Understands ERP and/or HCM solutions (will consider Oracle/SAP/Workday, etc)
  • Can support the creation of new solutions and propositions
  • Is comfortable engaging with Customers for presentations, meetings and external events
  • Can engage our technical and project teams to discuss the best solution options
  • Can work with bid and sales teams to offer the best solution for each customer
  • Experience working on bids and commercial opportunities is highly advantageous

Location

Wherever you prefer, we are happy for candidates to work remotely. Members of the existing team collaborate successfully across different locations throughout the UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland. For candidates that prefer working with others - we have offices located in London, Belfast, Edinburgh, Dublin, Redditch, Kent, Cheshire and Cork.

This is a full-time permanent role with occasional travel. Expenses will be covered.
