Job Description
Financial Business Support role maintaining current business systems and process within Version1. In this fast-paced environment, you will be challenged to solve tough problems and commit to tight deadlines. The role also provides an opportunity for someone interesting in moving into a deeper financial role.
The role has overall responsibility for ensuring there is excellent quality support delivered; this includes:
- Triage Support Tickets
- Set up new Projects
- Commercial Changes to projects
- Month End Support/Queries
- Ensuring Timesheets are complete on time
- Administer contract management system
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs
- Identifying potential improvements in both support, processes and the systems themselves to deliver Continual Service Improvement.
- Manage Month End and internal time management tool support.
- Monitoring and managing Data Quality within and between the applications.
- Work with the development team to ensure new systems and major changes are maintainable
Qualifications
You'll need previous financial experience, delivering the highest standards of support for sensitive and time-critical issues. Understanding of financial systems and commercial considerations is critical along with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with Service Management tools would also be beneficial.
