Job Description

As the Technical Delivery Manager (Oracle Cloud Applications), you’ll be a leader within the Oracle Cloud Applications practice and will be responsible for managing the technical resources within the practice in a matrix structure to deliver technology solutions to multiple customer projects in an efficient and repeatable manner. You will ensure that we deliver high quality technology solutions across the Oracle Cloud Applications stack – covering integration, extensions, data migration, analytics and managing configuration as code, right from supporting proposals, through to design and final delivery. You will report directly to the Delivery Director and work with senior colleagues across the delivery, architecture and commercial sections of the practice.

Qualifications

You will be a people leader and will likely have held team or function management roles in the past leading a technical team delivering complex solutions and working with emerging technologies. You will have a track record in building and developing teams, working with a mix of skillsets across geographic locations.

You will have experience in the Oracle ERP, EPM or HCM application domains (e.g. E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, Cloud Applications) and will appreciate the challenges faced by customers and technical teams in migrating to Cloud Applications and PaaS technologies such as OIC and OAC.  You will be passionate about technology and how it can leveraged to solve customer challenges in a cost effective and repeatable manner.

You will understand the importance of capacity management to deliver outcomes across multiple projects to agreed timelines and the relevant levers at your disposal to manage cost and efficiency in delivering the right outcome whilst maintaining a highly engaged team.

You’ll be an energetic individual who enjoys a degree of customer engagement and is comfortable with balancing multiple competing demands whilst leading and developing a diverse and highly talented team and promoting our core values right across the technical team.
