Business Intelligence Developer

  • Full-time
  • Department: Digital Development & Architecture

Company Description

Version 1 is one of Europe’s fastest-growing IT Consultancies and has been around for over 20 years, with 9 offices across the UK and Ireland.

Our culture is centred on Trust & Empowerment and this has earned us a Top 10 spot on the Great Place to Work Europe List 2017, 2018 & 2019. We have over 1200 passionate employees working on projects and technologies that make a real difference in the world and enable you to make an impact. Our greatest strength is balancing our efforts to achieve Customer Success, Empowered People and a Strong Organisation, underpinned by a commitment to our Values. We believe this is what makes Version 1 different and more importantly, our customers agree.

Version 1 has recently won more work with one of our Scottish customers; this will involve supporting a critical Scottish public sector body in meeting the needs of their customers. This opportunity will provide you with the chance to help solve problems, some of which have emerged due to Covid-19, and contribute to Scottish success.

Before I go into the details of our Associate Consultant needs here are some of the benefits. We offer profit share, pension, private medical, flexible working policy and more. We offer incentives for accreditations and educational assistance for course relevant to your role. Despite the challenges of Covid-19, we continue to put a huge focus on Employee Engagement and have been able to do this digitally, with remote events and get-togethers organised by teams and portfolios over the last few months being very well received.  We’re also excited that our annual Excellence Awards have also ‘gone digital’ and will be hotly contended in October this year through a series of digital award ceremonies presented by our CEO.
